ITA: AL FIANCO DELLA RABBIA DEI GIOVANI E DEGLI STUDENTI CHE STANNO RIEMPIENDO LE PIAZZE DI TUTTA LA GRECIA!
In queste ore decine di migliaia di giovani e studenti stanno riempiendo le piazze di tutta la Grecia urlando la propria rabbia per la morte di tantissimi loro coetanei nell’incidente ferroviario che ha coinvolto l’Intercity Etr 470 nella tratta Salonicco – Atene.
Una tratta obbligata per chi cercava la maniera più economica per rientrare nella Capitale dopo le festività.
La rapida conclusione delle indagini hanno derubricato il fatto a “errore umano” dovuto alla negligenza dei lavoratori responsabili del traffico ferroviario.
Questa versione omette però il ruolo di chi ha per anni svenduto, definanziato e privatizzato il sistema di trasporto pubblico ellenico, in particolare le responsabilità del governo Syriza e di Tsipras che, piegandosi ai diktat dell’Unione Europea, hanno sacrificato gli interessi del popolo greco in nome degli interessi di multinazionali e della borghesia transnazionale europea.
L’indignazione e le mobilitazioni non si sono fatta distrarre dall’individuazione di un capro espiatorio ed é rapidamente arrivata alle dimissioni di Kostas Karamanlis, ministro delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti.
Il PAME, principale sindacato di classe del Paese, e le organizzazioni comuniste, giovanili e studentesche continuano le mobilitazioni e noi ci uniamo al loro grido di rabbia!

The rapid conclusion of the investigations declassified the fact to “human error” due to the negligence of the workers responsible for railway traffic.
However, this version omits the role of those who have sold off, definanced and privatized the Greek public transport system for years: in particular the responsibilities of the Syriza government and of Tsipras who have sacrificed the interests of the Greek people in the name of the interests of multinationals and the European transnational bourgeoisie by bowing to the diktats of the European Union.
The indignation and mobilizations were not mislead by the identification of a scapegoat and shortly after the news of the resignation of Kostas Karamanlis, Minister of Infrastructure and Transport arrived.
PAME, the country’s main class trade union, and the communist, youth and student organizations are continuing their mobilizations and we are happy to join their cry of anger!
